Saving a group of civilians would be pointless if we lost Coronet.
By attacking civilians, the NLR will be demonized in the eyes of HA citizens.
It will be a simple matter to imply that Luna has become Nightmare Moon again.
Fighting a nation crying for an end to conflict would have had a negative effect on military moral and public opinion.
Fighting a nation under the rule of an eldritch goddess that everyone despises will inspire the people to enlist in droves
and fight with greater fervor.

This IS based on C&C: Generals, right? Also, I am willing to try to write the Solar Empire story if you still need someone for that.

Haha, the NLR is not Communist by any means, though their fanatical devotion could be seen as similar.
I plan this to be Similar both Generals and Red Alert in certain ways, but being unique at the same time.
