When I saw the title of this chapter, my first thought was; Impossible. Nothing is too loud for Pinkie. Then I have to acquiesce, a bass cannon to the head is too loud for everypony, even Pinkie. Why did she have the bass cannon in her room though?

What an awesome story. It is unique and unlike any I have read here. Well done. I especially loved how music was the theme of the story. My imagination was blown picturing the band playing.
One thing. In the 17th Chapter you made quite an ironic error. You called the library "Pokey Oaks" instead of "Golden Oaks" Wasn't Pokey Oaks the name of the school in the City of Townsville on the Powerpuff Girls?
I really enjoyed your work. I am going to have trouble getting the thoughts of Rarity playing Jessica Rabbit and singing her number out of my mind. Wow!
