No matter who we are, everypony will experience bad things in their life, regardless of power and status. Those experiences should be a driving force for a new and better beginning. Quill, an average unicorn office pony in Canterlot, thinks his days would be like any other day. He would clock in and clock out of work, eats dinner in a restaurant then go back home to sleep his day off and repeat. But he never expect the day where a series of bad occurrences happen that take his life to a turn. Just before he decents into the maelstrom of sadness, a few kind words of a mare he just met makes him see the better side of things.
