Aww that was so sweet. Its the exact opposite of one of my fanfics where I actually have Posey get something worse than she's ever endured before. It's not that I hate her I just wanted to try writing a scene like that as I have a weird fascination with that sort of thing. It was nice to see her get some love. She definitely needs it with what she endures.
Things like how Posey is portrayed in TYT along with the writing in general is why I stick to MYM. Anyway, it was nice to see Posey get treated well. Now I'm inspired to do my own Posey story although it may involve some "fine times." Great fic by the way, have a like and a fave.
You're definitely right about how the two shows write Posey. One has her as a well written jerk, and the other has her as Squidward.
Either way, glad to see her get some love here (literally and figuratively).

Misty's included in the group at this point, right? Hey, I wanna see Misty interact with Posey at some point! Is there a story here with that?
Ok I'll admit to being of the "enjoy" side of the Poseybuse 😅 (and the delicious rage that comes with it). Though at this point I feel like I'm ok with seeing them move on from it for the most part (and indeed it seems they have in the most recent eps), and she becomes more prominent and developed as a decent secondary character. 🙂
(P.S. One favorite Posey ep has been Snow Pun Intended, where I was served a delicious triple-scoop of shenanigans, wonder, AND a well-deserved break at the end.)
