5,000 years have passed since Twilight was given the throne. After all the conflict with Sombra, Tirek, Cozy Glow and Chrysalis and making no attempt to argue with the sisters decision, Twilight took the role and became the monarch. Now the sisters wish to return, much to Twilights surprise and intrigue.

“I’ve missed you all as well. Please, come in and make your selves at home. I’ll have some ponies bring us some water.” The retired princesses nod, and Twilights calls for the servants. A lilac-violet pony with a mint colored mane came to twilight. Twilight sweetly asked that mare for water for her, Fluttershy, discord, spike, Luna And Celestia. With a bow she did what was asked of her with a smile.

An interesting concept, although I'm pretty sure Twilight is not revealing everything, she is probably screening internally saying along the lines of "THANK HELL THERE BACK FROM RETIREMENT, DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW ITS LIKE TO RULE EQUESTRIA AS THE ONLY RULER DOR 5,000 YEARS!?!?!?!? CELESTIA HAS ONLY DID IT FOR 1,000!!!"
