Ignoring the fetish aspect, this really does feel like a setup for a corporated dystopian horror plot.

Edit: The above actually gave me an idea. Could I use this as the basis for a horror story, perchance? (You'll be credited, of course.)

Gotta wonder where all the food comes from when everyone's too fat to produce it, though.
