I really don't see why this story has so many down votes. It's not bad, it's straight forward, and aside from some minor typos and such, reads out just fine. I guess there are too many prudes on at this hour. Don't be discouraged, you did fine.

Pretty darn good, although 'vaginal fluids' sounds more like a clinical term, and is a little mood-breaking. Maybe switch it out for another euphemism?

Delightful. Big Mac's constant checking to make sure she was okay was a charming touch.
I loved the story, but first, why did you make Big Mac pull out and cum on her back? If he'd inwardly agreed to having a foal, then cumming inside her would have been a delightful surprise for her if he had always pulled out in the past. Or did he only accept the idea after finishing? In either case, his private thoughts and reasons for that decision should have appeared in the story at that time.
And second, why wait until she's in heat to conceive the foal? If the reason is because she can't conceive unless she's in heat, then it makes no sense for Big Mac to be pulling out this time.
