I had an idea that pretty much is this exact premise the other day.

You got an interesting premise there, she got a secret she absolutely cannot share and it's eating her up inside.
The way she is trying to deal with it sure makes it a story to watch out for.

This is an incredibly good premise in my eyes! For me the main reason I've always loved incest as a genre is the angst and transgressions the characters undergo and how they'll deal with the wider world. I'm hoping to see this continue dearly.
