(Author's Note: Not really a one-shot, considering its style was to be like an excerpt from a bigger story, but it was all written in one sitting. First and foremost, this is all there is—this is not part of a bigger story I'm writing, nor is it part of a group project. I just had the idea for this one scene, and I wanted to get it out of my head and also post something, which I haven't done in quite a while. The Magic Killer—seen here—is, by all technicality, an FC, which explains the tag. Lastly, the "HVP" in the title stands for Humans Vs Ponies...the title seemed better with it there. Well, here goes!)

I must apologize; it does leave the reader wanting to read more. But, like I said, I just wanted to get one scene out of my head. I really need to focus on writing A Timeless Classic so it can be done before I run out of free time.
But I believe in collective creativity, so maybe someone else will write with this in mind. Maybe it'll be you! I dunno.

I feel the need to point out--humans didn't come from their own planet in this scenario (were that the case, I would have used billions in that last line). The idea is that the humans were shoved away from other creatures' countries, pushed back until they found an uninhabited, tiny island chain that was too small to make the map. I could probably link it back to G1, but I don't know how, because I've never watched G1!
