PPEF1

"It's not very good." ~ PPEF1 on almost every one of his stories

E

This is a fan sequel to Scraping the Surface

After some previous events, Aria feels something she thought she would never have, regret. She tries to apologize to her younger sister, Sonata, of said previous event but is avoided every time. Aria has to apologize since, although the two do get into some fights, it doesn't change the fact that they're sisters after all.

I want to say that this is part of the the Siren AU Continuity, but it's not

Well, now that I had the moment to check this out, I'll say the following- I do like the fact this could fit into the continuity very easy if certain things were fixed with mainly Aria and Sonata being slightly OOC. Let me explain. While Aria being regretful is in character, she's not someone who would just flat out tell people(especially Adagio) how she felt. As for Sonata, her being fearful does make sense in context, but she wouldn't flat out avoid Aria. As stated in previous stories, she's dealt with far worse and always maintained her smile in spite of it.

Now thats not to say this hurts the story. Far from it. But to those who hadn't read the series(as of typing this), this could come off as confusioning. That said, the story is good for what it sets itself out to do. Honestly, my only nitpick is the fact you said they were sisters and while I have myself to blame for not clearing it up earlier, they are not related. They technically are sisters by how close they are but they aren't sisters(if that makes any sense). Overall, an enjoyable read. I give it a Sonata out of 10:heart:

Thank you. :D The only things I can really say back is one, when haven't I made characters not be themselves. And two, I did use to think the Dazzlings aren't sisters. I just thought that them being sisters would fit for this story. Keyword thought
