Luna's not in a rush to get married, but a mare does like feeling wanted, you know? So who cares if her first date in centuries is with some forgettable wannabe background pony? At least it will result in a night out of the castle, some much-needed romantic attention, and get her 'back in the game,' so to speak. And that's better than yet another night in, right?
It's a good thing that Celestia knows what's best for her little sister.
(Inspired from a video by the Pulitzer Prize-winner, snappy dresser, and all-around good egg TJ Pones!)
Rated "Teen" for allusions to the horizontal mambo. Nothing explicit, but better safe than sorry, right?
Good one-shot.
Spoiler: I feel really bad for Luna. I mean that stallion didn't even try to spark up a conversation. Celestia being the annoying big sister here was bad enough for her, but how he was acting was just so lifeless and rude (not outright insulting, but I mean not being chivalrous) that she might as well have brought a plant to the date instead.
I would not want to be in a customer service job in the harmlesskitten13 literary universe
