I'd say this case could make or break her. This is an amazingly well-crafted story from the jump and that it involves a universe that reminds me of a noir version of Power Ponies jas me hooked from the beginning.

Numinous is the one making her say those things, while she acts like Starlite wanted to say them. So it's like she's playing dolls with her pet, making her be someone frustrating so she can be used as a stress toy. I'll make some edits so this is more obvious.
