A Royal Problem had Starlight impulsively switch the Cutie Marks of Celestia and Luna in order to resolve the dispute between the two and let them see that each other's duties are difficult. Between Dusk and Dawn was the two going on holiday and arguing because neither liked the other's planned activities and Twilight managing Equestria in their absence.

This needs to be redone. If this is set during Season 7, then the school doesn't exist yet. If this is Season 9, then Twilight's freak out about taking over for a few days with Cadance is utterly pointless. Because she knows that Celestia and Luna are going to give full rulership of Equestria to her pretty soon.
The story idea is great. But this ruins a good part of it if there's no real explanation for it. And I haven't seen one.
