Things are a bit difficult to follow, I'll admit. What I did get out of it is that Zephyr lost the reason why he was being so self-absorbed and boastful (namely fear of failure when actually trying something) and became a racist.
Using Trixie like this was kind of clever. Now if only she wasn't generally an even worse pony than he...
I like the changeling tube idea!
Sorry if this story doesn't make much sense, I've been writing my stories in chronological order so it relies on elements that came before it.
Cirrus Storm is a rather complex character introduced in the first story, and developed through other stories. I added the link to the OC descriptions.
