	Applejack gives Fluttershy a sack of apples, while her other friends pack her luggage "Ere' Fluttershy, some apples for those little critters."

She sighs "Oh. Thank you."

Rarity becomes curious "You seem rather down. I thought you always wanted to go to the Western Critter Observatory."

"I really do, but I'll have to miss my brothers birthday party."

"Oh come now, I'm sure he has others he could spend time with. It's just one party you're missing."

Fluttershy thinks for a moment "I guess you're right, I mean he has... Mom and Dad."

Everypony stares at Fluttershy for a moment "Really? No friends of his own?"

"Well he has been trying to have a party with somepony other than family... he hasn't succeeded yet."

Pinkie Pie becomes sympathetic "That must be awful! NO pony in the history of every went to his parties? I could change that."

"You can do that? Thank you Pinkie."



As they wave goodbye to Fluttershy at the train station, Pinkie jumps in the window "I won't let you down!"

Rainbow flies up to Pinkie "You know who Zephyr Breeze is right?"

"Mmmm not really, I heard you talking about him with Fluttershy once, and that was it. But I'm pretty sure he's just like her."

"Yeah... just like her."


Pinkie and Gabby wanders through Cloudsdale with a map. "Help with a party? Of course! What do I do. Set tables? Decorate?"

"Just be there. No pony other than Fluttershy and his parents ever see him." They walk up to the door of a nearly complete house "Hmph, wonder why?" Pinkie knocks on the door "Hello? Anypony in there?"

Zephyr tramples over Pinkie carrying a mare and runs into the house. Gabby picks up Pinkie "Are you okay?"


He places the scared mare on a beach chair who covers her head with her hooves "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? PLEASE LET ME GO."

"Welcome to the birthday party of... moi. And for the first time, without my family."

The mare nervously waves "Uhh... happy birthday!" then flies out the window.

"Hey! The party didn't even start yet!" Zephyr looks at poorly arranged decorations. "I did all this for nothing."

Gabby becomes nervous but Pinkie walks in the house "Hi Zephyr, you got a nice place here. So..."

"Wow! Somepony at last admires my work. Come on in and ease with the breeze."

Zephyr makes a bunch of creepy poses and hands Pinkie a camera who smiles awkwardly "Yeah heh heh... say hello to..."

He looks at Gabby who is peering into the doorway "What is that fluffy filth doing here." Gabby backs away disturbed while Zephyr waves a mat at her. "You know how unhygienic griffins are, shoo fowl creature!" She flies away while Pinkie's eye twitches. Rainbow Dash watches with a sinister expression.

"Oh but atleast you came. Rainbow Best Flyer That Ever Came Here To My Party Dash."

She smirks "Yeah. That. I was more interested in just watching."

Pinkie hops up to Rainbow Dash "Ooooooh Rainbow you came! But... I thought you..."

Zephyr grabs Rainbow "No, shes mine!" She places Rainbow Dash on a chair, who takes out a catalog.

Pinkie sits next to Rainbow then asks "Hey Zeph, can we."

He interrupts "No I get to choose what we're doing because it's MY party."

Pinkie sighs while Zephyr starts messing with her mane. "Is that... a mechanical parts catalog?"

"Yup."

"Oh no... no no!" Pinkie shakes rapidly "There's something very... VERY... wrong with Rainbow Dash. She would never read something like that. ARE YOU OKAY RAINBOW DASH?!"

Zephyr starts messing with Rainbow's mane "That's because she hasn't had her dose of Breeze." She rolls her eyes and flips the page, then circles a metal rod on the page. 

He lowers his head next to Rainbow and raises his eyebrows "Oh I see where this is going."

Rainbow smirks "You're insufferable" Zephyr gets up in her face.

"Don't say that Rainbow! I mean he's great!" Pinkie laughs nervously while leaving the house. Zephyr takes the parts catalog then poses in front of Rainbow who tries to look away.

Pinkie's eye starts twitching then she sneaks out the door "Can't take it. He's so... whats the word?" She watches in the window, Zephyr oogling Rainbow uncomfortably then drops down "Glad Streamer isn't like that."

"Hey! Where did Rainbow Dash go?" Pinkie gets back up and looks confused. A second Pinkie looks at him disappointed "Probably annoyed with you."

Zephyr looks disgusted "What no! She's just, confused about her feelings for me." He runs out the door, the second Pinkie jumps out the window and runs away, Pinkie follows.

The second Pinkie stops at a supply store, then transforms into Cirrus with a changeling slime cylinder strapped to her. "Cous, did you pick up the new axle for the Dizzitron?"

Rainbow Dash hands Cirrus a metal rod "Got it here."

Pinkie asks "You were Rainbow Dash the whole time?"

Cirrus nods "Sure was, Rainbow Dash didn't want him to be alone, but didn't want to go either. So I disguised as her with changeling magic and went for her." She hands Pinkie the slime cylinder.

"Ooooooooh" Pinkie starts transforming into random ponies she knows.

Rainbow and Cirrus watch "Zeph same as usual?"

"Yup... narcissistic as always." 

Pinkie stops disguising "Narcissistic? What does that mean?"

"It means selfish and self absorbed. He doesn't care at all for others." 

Rainbow adds "It's no wonder he doesn't have any friends of his own."

Cirrus points at the cylinder "You can borrow that if you want, see if you can fix Zephyr, while we fix the Dizzitron." She and Rainbow fly away.

Pinkie thinks for a moment and envisions talking with Zephyr. An image of him oogling her appears. "Euuuuugh. Better think of something else."


Twilight walks in on Starlight reading a spell book. "Starlight... I think it's time for a friendship problem."

Starlight rolls her eyes "Well... I guess it's been a while. Fine, what do you want."

Twilight looks at Starlight nervously "Oh you uh... fix Zephyr Breeze's narcissistic personality." She starts walking towards the kitchen.

"Who's Zephyr Breeze?"

Twilight stops "Fluttershy's brother. He's a mane therapist at Cloudsdale" She turns back towards the kitchen. "Now I have important princess stuff to do." She enters the kitchen and pokes her head out the door "VERRRRRY IMPORTANT."

Starlight looks into the kitchen and finds Twilight drooling and stuffing herself with whipping cream and sprinkles using her hooves. "Twilight's acting weird... why isn't she using magic? Oh well."


"Here to enjoy my glorious... mane therapy?" Zephyr asks Starlight in the doorway.

"Actually I'm here to give you brain therapy. Friendship business."

Zephyr slams the door "Not interested." Starlight teleports in.

"Well too bad!" She magically shoves Zephyr into a chair. "The princess ordered me to."

Zephyr crosses his hooves "Naw, I DO. WHAT I WANT."

Starlight looks around "I see you had a rough party here."

"Mmmm it was pretty smooth. Barely any ponies showed up. Too afraid to witness my greatness."

"How do you know it was because of that?"

"Because I told myself."

Starlight rolls her eyes "Well, ask some pony else why they didn't show up."

"Okay fine, why didn't ponies show up."

"Because they don't like you."

Zephyr gets up angry "Of course they love me! I mean there's Mom, Dad, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash... thats like a dozen ponies already! They adore me because I AM ME and nothing beats that." Starlight gets annoyed and leaves.

Maud dances and sings in the middle of Ponyville while ponies stare confused 
"Come on every pony smile, smile, smile 
Fill my heart up with sunshine, sunshine 
All I really need's a smile, smile, smile 
From these happy friends of mine"

Then transforms back into Pinkie, causing the crowd to leave scratching their heads, with the exception of Maud.

"Now you try!" Pinkie hands Maud the slime cylinder. Maud stares at it for a moment then transforms into a rock. "I guess you can do that then..."

Starlight approaches "Have you seen Twilight? She gave me a really difficult friendship problem."

Pinkie freezes "Oh... uhhhhh I dunno." She backs towards the rock "Why don't you check out this thing Cirrus made that lets you shapeshift. Maud turned herself into a rock." Starlight inspects it, then Applejack and Applebloom approach.

"Hey Pinkie, is that Rarity's old friend Tom?"

Maud turns back into a pony, Applejack and Applebloom look startled. "I always wanted to transform into a rock." She hands Applebloom the cylinder "Follow your dreams. Think of apples."

Applebloom looks at the cylinder confused "Huh? Whats this?" She turns into an giant apple.

Applejack screams "NOOOOOOOO WHAT IN A THREE BUCK PICKLE BARREL DID YOU DO TO MY SUGARCUBE!" She shakes the giant apple violently. "PLEASE TALK TO ME."

Pinkie giggles while Maud stares blank. "Told her to think of Apples."

Applejack starts crying on the apple "Please... think of your big sister." The giant apple turns into a second Applejack, then Applebloom still holding the cylinder.

"Is that better?" Applejack grabs the cylinder and turns into an apple. Applebloom starts panicking.

"NOOO PLEASE HELP! MY SISTER TURNED INTO AN APPLE! PINKIE DO SOMETHING!" Pinkie laughing harder as Starlight hoofpalms.

Applejack shapeshifts back "Ya see? Now you know how I felt about you." She hugs Applebloom. "Sometimes you gotta show em what they be doing wrong."



Back at the castle of friendship, Starlight checks on Twilight who is covered in cream. "Did you finish eating whipping cream with sprinkles?"

Twilight looks confused "No, I was just cleaning up the mess somepony left in the kitchen."

"I saw you eating whipping cream and sprinkles earlier in there. Remember? Right after you gave me a friendship problem?"

Spike chuckles "Heh heh, looks like you got caught Twilight."

"But only Pinkie leaves messes that big!"

Starlight stops "Wait... Pinkie Pie was playing with a changeling device she got from Cirrus earlier... and was pretending to be other ponies. Oh."

Twilight looks curious "Pinkie Pie pretended to be me? As unreasonable as that is, what was the friendship problem?"

"She sent me to Cloudsdale to fix Zephyr's narcissistic behavior. Since it was Pinkie that means I don't have to solve it right?"

Twilight smiles "That sounds like a reasonable problem! Why don't you hop to it." Starlight frowns "I'm going to have a chat with Pinkie." As she leaves, Starlight walks around thinking to herself, then finds an apple on a table.

"You gotta show em what they're doing wrong... that's it! Time for my secret weapon."


Starlight knocks on Zephyr's door with Trixie "I brought somepony who actually does want to attend your party."

Zephyr chuckles "It's about time somepony recognizes my... hey!"

Trixie simply ignores him and sets up in Zephyrs house "Watch in awe as the Great and Powerful Trixie performs the most spectacular feats of magic ever witnessed by pony eyes! 

"I didn't say you could bring your stuff in here."

"The Great Trixie does not need your input." Zephyr pouts and tries to leave, but Trixie blocks all the exits. She starts transfiguring various mane accessories into random items. Starlight winks in the window.

"Those are mine! And you're not great! Get out!"

"I don't care what you think, the show must go on!" Trixie prepares to cast magic on Wigson.

"No anything but that! You're the most annoying, self absorbed pony I've ever met! You don't consider others and what they want!"

Trixie points at him "You mean like you?"

Zephyr stops for a moment "That is kind of like me."

Starlight climbs in the window "Do you see why ponies don't like you now?"

Zephyr takes a deep breath "I can see it now, time for a new style." He runs out of his house and to two other ponies who looks at him disgusted. "Hey Bronze Shoe, Array, wanna ease with the Breeze at the rainbow fountain?"

Bronze Shoe shakes his head "Ughh... I'm busy today"

"Yeah.. busy."

Zephyr calmly replies "That's okay, you can finish what you're doing." He walks away.

Array whispers to Bronze Shoe "He seems different, I thought he'd kidnap us again." Bronze Shoe nods.

"Hey Zeph, actually we can, we have time."

"Really!?"


Starlight walks away with Trixie "Glad that's over, thanks for your help."

"Oh the great and powerful Trixie will always be there for you." She peaks over the edge of Cloudsdale "Not powerful enough to get down from here though."


"Do you know what you could have done Pinkie? What if you took a test for me and failed? What if Flurry Heart visited and found out you weren't really her Aunt? Are you even listening?"

Pinkie flips the page of a Daring Do book "Yup."

Twilight casts a spell on Pinkie and she turns into Rainbow holding the slime cylinder. She grins and flies away. "PINKIIIIIIIE!"
