Prologue
The Psychic Dominator
Once upon a time before the magical land of Equestria. Their was a race that walked on two legs, two arms, and tailless creatures; they where called humans. Humans where a race of high intelligence and where the creatures responsible of creating the ruin city's that are found all over Equestria and beyond its boarder. The ruin city's in question have buildings that touch the sky and a well organized grid system. It's thanks to these city's that we have the building organized the way they are today.
Another thing to note is that their technology is far more superior to ares. Despite their technology being all over the place it is hard for us to come by something that's still intact for us to find and reverse engineering them. The reason being that they are hard to find is the fact that the humans went extinct and took most of their creations with them. The reason for their destruction is unknown; even today we don't know what happen to them. However, there are many theories to how they got extent. The main theory is that a giant asteroid hit the planet and wiped out almost all life on the planet. Even though we don't know what happen to them; we still owe them thanks for all their technology that didn't get destroyed from their extinction.
If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have figured out how to make steam engine that we use to make trains. Also another thing to note is that their are still stuff that we have found that still work; however, we still don't know how it works. For example those arcade machines that come to ponyville every now and then. It took us pony's a while to figure out how to get it to work, but we still don't know how it works! Speaking of which of stuff we don't know how it works is their language. I will use the arcade machines as another example we found a machine with the game "Cheese man vs four Ghosts." with certain lettering on it. however, at another place that's farther away we found the same machine with the same game on it however it had different lettering on it.
Despite all this humans will still remain one of the number one mystery left on this planet.
After the lecture a certain purple unicorn was bombarded with questions by the fillies and colts that where asking her questions most she didn't she didn't know most of them. Thank fully a minty green unicorn (who an expert on the humans) was able to help her. When they where done and thanked by the fillies school teacher; allowing them to come over to the library to look at books and learn more about the humans. The two unicorns started to have a conversation.
"Say Twilight what did you think the humans where like"
"I don't know but I think they where a humble and noble creatures, it was a shame they went extinct"
"Yea but maybe they where like us"
"or maybe they where a creature of partying" said a pink pony coming out of no where.
"anyway like I said before we know very little ab-"
"TWWWIIILLLIIIGGGHHHTTT"
Twilight was cut off when pinkie pie started to shake up and down.
"o no please tell me it isn't a doozy"
"I Afraid so Twilight and my pinkie sense says its going to happen right over their"
Pinkie pie pointed off at a distance when suddenly the ground started to shake
"Whats going on" asked Lyra
"I don't know I think its a stamped"
"NOOOOOOOOO IIIIIITTTTTTT ISSSSIIIIINNNN'TTTTT IIIIITTTTSSSSS-"
All of a sudden a strange unidentified structure arisen from the ground.
meanwhile a few hours later in space...
US space station "White house"
"We are now experiencing unusual energy on the surface." said a women as the president floated in a room filled with the presidents cabinet.
"What is going on the surface lieutenant?" said the president
"I'm sure you reginzes this man his name is Yuri a former adviser of the soviet premier. During the great war we now believe he used his mine-control technology and was building an secret underground army of his own. *swap images* (AN sorry best image I can find) He has built some device underground in the eastern part of Germany by the ruins of Berlin and just recently just risen from the ground"
"What kind of device?"
*screen went into static and an image of Yuri appeared* "Perhaps I can explain Mr. President" Yuri said in a sinister voice
"Yuri, how did you survive this long"
"cryogenics dose wonderful things Mr. president, the device you were looking is called a Psyche Dominator it theirs a network of such device spread across the globe"
"More of your mind-control tricks?"
"No trick Mr. President in a few moments I will unleash a tidal wave of psychic energy design to dominate the minds of the entire planet and the space stations orbiting the planet. Their will be no more free will only my will"
The president got up floating around the table saying "Yuri, Yuri, Yuri" the president stop in front of the screen "the war is over, can't we all just get along? How about I give a full presidential pardon, we need a leader on the ground it could be you?"
"Why should I be contempt to lead one part of the world if I can rule the entirety of it"
"You can't threaten us we have colones on the moon and mars you can't control all of us we can bombardment you from space, we did survived the war you know"
"Did you? Indeed, now you and the ancestors of the survivors can now serve me. Also I can always send some Dominators into space."
*The link cuts off* "Mr. President" Said the lieutenant "somethings happening the device is begin to deploy!"
"Launch our orbital bombardment at it now"
"We can't Mr. President our satalites are not in range"
"Then call an air strike, I want that tower taken out"
"Command this is Mojo 1 we just entered the atmosphere." Said the pilot of triangular shaped plane
"Roger Mojo 1 target is located at former Eastern part of Germany near the ruins of Berlin vector 389 at 20 miles"
The plane just pulled up "Target acquire engage engage"
The air siren nearby just sounded, also the turrets guarding the Psychic Dominator just activated shooting projectile at the planes at a rapid rate.
The plains tried to maneuver the projectiles however one of the plain got hit on the wing in a strait line from the tip of the wing to the bottom tearing the wing off the pilot said "I'm hit I'm hit" as he barrel roll to the plane next to him exploding.
The other planes were not having much luck ether one by one they where getting destroyed.
however one of the plain as it got shot down spinning into the power plant near the Dominator and damaging it.
"Mojo 2 is down repeat Mojo 2 is down"
"Comrade leader one of the plains has damaged one of our power plants in Germany the Psychic Dominator near Berlin will not function!"
"Most unforchanet but we have other devices I think its time to activate them."
Zebrica aka former Egypt
The local Zebra where curious about the strange device appearing in the middle of no where but did not go near it especially not after what happened to their fellow companions but suddenly it started "move" the top part started to move up and then spread its "Arms" reviling some kind of glow between the floating object and the one on the ground.
The Griffon Kingdom Aka Former Northern Europe
No Griffon had notice the most northern part of their kingdom that one of the Psychic Dominator is starting to activate as it was cleverly hidden in the snow. After powering up it exploded its psychic energy making all the griffons mindless drones.
Back at the "White House"
"Mr. President were detecting huge shock waves of energy across the globe"
"My god, that maniac is really going to do it may god help us all"

So much win, in this that I can't describe. Comrade please continue this is awesome and word's can not descride this. Bring in the big guns the Apocalypse Tank, Kirov Airships, Aircraft Carriers, Prism Tanks and my personal favorite the Chrono Legionaire. Please do so.
OK first off like I mentioned before its going to be awhile before Chapter 1 is done do to real life events (like Vacations and learning Java).
. this is the primary reason my grammar/spelling are crap. But however one of the main reasons I'm writing this fic is to help improve said crappy grammar and spelling. But I'll keep in mind to use more of them Thanks for the advice

on a side note Chrono Legionaire are my favorite units) I just don't know how i will fit them in since I'm not planning any sea battles right now 
. But I can guaranteed Crono Legionaire and the Prism Tank are going to make an appearance in Chapter 1
(I'm still undecided to upgrade them or not since the argument can work both ways ex: its been 2000 years since the war they should be upgraded or Humans never had been on the ground (except for a few hidden research campuses to see if there is a way for humans to live on earth again) over 2000 years they haven't bothered researching new ground weapon tech).
But I do hope I will get it done sometime before Independence day.

825591 Actually the upgrades would be COMPLETELY LEGIT. As you said, there are also humans underground, correct? Therefore, it's only logical for the tanks to get upgrades. SERIOUS upgrades.
Hu. Right now I'm imagining a Prism Tank or an Apocalypse Tank to somehow.... Ever played Tiberium Sun? Imagine an Apocalypse tank with the Devil's Thonge or Subterranian APC's (both NOD units) underground capabilities (AKA huge drills). And the Kirovs with space capabilities. Now THAT's an upgrade!
Sweet I love it when cross over don't suck horrid eggs. Hell that's why I write them.

I played all of them (haven't beat all of them yet though). You do make a good point on the upgrades I particularly like the Kirovs one. However its mostly the former allies that are in space (there are soviets in space up thier too bit they manly reatreted underground I will get into more details in chapter 1). Again like I said most of the reasurch done is for the sake of survival but there still weopen development and... You know what never mind you just gave me a really good idea for chapter 1 oh where was I ah yes after the gre- you know what I will leave that thought on hold for now and go in depth into this in chapter 1.

Ah the ion cannon my favorite super weopen I was think on adding it but the main setting is going to be 2000 years ago and that time the allies had a weather control device so using a nwlew supper weopen will make them over powered unless I give the soviets a new super weopen to match the ion cannon I still have no plans to adding the ion cannon in so far maybe as camio in chapter 1.

Sorry to confuse you but basically mane 6, cmc, and other are goning back to the past with the humans I'm not telling how yet that will just ruin the surprise. And to go back like a few days and warn them is unless sense thiers notheing they can do about it since all the satuites can't be moved or risk it falling out of orbit (more detail later) and going back a few years won't help since it was built under ground and under something that was design to withstand the apocalypse I'll explain more on the cocept of time travel in later chapters this is also the reason I was unsure about upgrades but you gave me an idea about that and you'll see what I have planned.
On the side note before signing out is there aren't a lot of humans left (about 10,000 I'm unsure about the number) so to make more fight scenes I have to go back in time where there are a lot more humans and... Wait I could always go to the past and back to the future again so yeah I guess I could do this too. Then that will lead to more fights in equestria man I really want to work on this I now have a bunch of ideas now thanks PS I typed must of my commits on my phone since my sister kicked me off the computer haha. edit: I can edit commits too fixed my grammar a bit but do to phone its kinda hard

There are dreadfully few C&C/MLP:FiM crossovers, but please, please, please, please find a proofreader, there's tons of tiny grammatical errors and punctuation errors.

830461 I like that line and the way you describe Yuri as well and you are right that was the and thanks for the advice that was the initial plan but it was hard for me to describe Yuri and the Dominator. After failing coming up ways to describe them I became lazy and forgot to describe every thing. Also I was planing to rewrite the prologue after Chapter 1 is fully done mostly do to I came up with some new ideas for the prologue as I was wrighting Chapter 1.
PS can use your description of Yuri in my story

As for describing things, strike a balance - give us enough to keep us interested but not so much it bogs down the story.

Try something new for a change, No time travel, simply have the ponies start a resistance movement, originating from Canterlot (Celestia knows more than she lets on and got the shield up in time, the mane six were there because it was Grand Galloping Gala time again) and the Crystal empire (they were reverse engineering the spell that hid the area for one thousand years when they recieved a flaming letter to launch it)

This fic is under major rewrite but either way all my rough drafts leads back to at least one time travel sequence.
Second this was written at the end of season 2 so those drafts are under rewrites too to add season 3 elements.
third I may consider some of those ideas.
