This is really well written, and I think the character voices are good, but it kind of reads as an essay rather then a story. . . more of a plot would make this a really awesome fic!

Thank you. I'm not much of a writer, but I wanted to publish my theory on magic, and was the best way I could think of to do that.
I love the whole magic explanation.
Please consider indenting your paragraphs, or leaving a blank line between them, or both. I thought the story description sounded interesting, but my eyes keep losing their place in this wall of text.
Its a great theory and I have to agree.
One correction:
The plural of Pegasus is "pegasi".
