Yesterday, I thought it would be interesting if there was a GenRex/MLP crossover story. It's amazing how wishes can be be answered.
Now if only CN could show the last few episodes of S3. Not everyone has seen them (I have, but still).

As for the story I'm actually pretty surprised by the quality of it. I do suggest you describe the actual characters themselves more for those people that haven't actually watched the series. It'd also be a good idea to link that clip you mentioned in the description so that people at least have a rough idea of the who, what, where, when, and why.

Twilight should be fine though. She had no nanites in the first place, and Rex's nanites wouldn't do anything to her.

I believe they mentioned around the time of the Ben 10 crossover that it takes a significant number of nanites to trigger any EVO transformations. Ordinarily this isn't a problem since Earth is practically swimming in the things, but the number that would have been brought into Equestria via the portal is likely not enough to cause any accidental mishaps.
As for the recap clip, I'll see about getting that sorted within the next couple of days.

I wouldn't worry too much about the dislikes. From the looks of things they're just your standard insta-downvote-anything-they-don't-like people so you won't be getting much criticism out of them.

So what's the story on CN and Generator Rex anyway? They seem to have abruptly stopped showing episodes, and yet now I find out that there have been more episodes made that weren't aired on CN but have been released online somewhere? What's going on, is it on some other channel now or something?

Well that's good. I certainly hope this doesn't become another one in the list of shows that air in the US and never show their finales. In this case it wouldn't be quite as bad as a lot of those because the finale will have aired elsewhere and will be viewable online, but only the fans who don't mind having to watch them on a computer screen will see them. There have been a lot of shows that started to air in the US and never showed the finales in the US, and there are two I can think of off the top of my head- Samurai Jack and Sim-Bionic Titan- that got cancelled before their finales were shown anywhere, leaving all their fans wondering what could have been

I've been heavily bogged down by A-Level exams of late. I just finished the last one yesterday though, and I'll try to find some time to get the next chapter done soon. I have most of the structure planned out in my head, all I gotta do is translate that into something legible to other people :)

GOOD LORD I ACTUALLY UPDATED.
I apologise for the huge delay between these chapters - first I had A-Levels, then I got distracted by other projects, and the past couple of weeks I've been settling in at university. I also decided to rewrite this chapter fairly early on - it's much easier to handle all of the exposition from Twilight's perspective. The perspective will likely shuffle about again next chapter, but I haven't decided on the specifics yet.
Hopefully the gap between chapters will be a bit shorter this time, but as always I can make no promises. Enjoy!
