Still, there's nothing physical to a queef. Clouds are at least made up of water particulars...even if Pegasi control the air too, I doubt it so exact as to be able to hold such a small amount, much less control it...
People really don't seem to know about queefs....

Regarding the "Dashes", it's something i saw several times in this particular fic.
And regarding the nature of the pegasus being able to throw a queef, I think that we are over thinking a cock-joke fic of a magical talking horses cartoon. Fortunately, making pitiful I-am-not-wrong excuses and over thinking are two of my special abilities. A queef, a vag-fart, is anything but odorless dry. Depending on how wet the pegasus in question was at the moment of releasing the queef and the density of the queef in particular, Rainbow Dashes should be able to throw it away like any other piece of cloud.
Pfffthahahaha! I just had to comment my amusement at the title coupled with the weirdest rendition of rainbow dash I have seen to date.
