Equestrian Acres is a sanitarium in the farthest reaches of Equestria, a terrible place to be, and a living hell for those within. The horrors behind it, the lives of those within, and the regrets of a leader will be revealed.

Lost Canvas, a rainbow mane and tail unicorn, moves to Ponyville, but no one told him about how much louder the place can be sometimes compared to were he lived before.

This was a short reply to a challenge of "do it better yourself" when I complained of the 319 "Cupcakes" copies people made, and told them to be more original. So I created this in a "See? Not that hard.". So, if you want to read some random unspecified torture fic, then go right ahead, otherwise, look for a story that better suits your preferences.

This contains slightly "mild" torture. Nopony dies, but it leaves some injuries that would heal in at most ~a month.

Some time has passed since we lost saw our heroes and everything looks like to be going well for them, especially Dusk. He was now leader of the Element Gang, haves good friends, a good life, and a mare he would give his heart to. With everything being so perfect, it seemed nothing could go wrong.
But, as our heroes will soon learn, things would need to be worse before they can get better. After a thousand years of being trapped in the stone, Discord the Spirit of Chaos and Disharmony is now free, about to reign chaos over Equestria once more. As the Mane 6 prepare to use the Elements of Harmony once more, Princess Luna sends Dusk into the Everfree in the hopes that he finds something that can help his friends in the battle against this powerful threat.
Will our heroes be able to defeat Discord or will Equestria be plunged into chaos?

When Pinkie Pie finds out about the new fad about heating up knives to a extreme level of heat in addition to cutting objects apart with it, she takes action and takes apart of this new compulsive trend. However, things take a steep turn as her exceptions on becoming "famous" isn't what others had in mind.

Tom Perfect was the regular kind of guy to get married and spend the rest of his life watching his children roll around on the living room carpet. Unfortunately, fate enjoys giving exciting lives to those who just want to spend the rest of their lives sleeping and eating. When an unusual visitor apart from the typical floating eyeball or sentient water bottle visits Tom Perfect in his gray office cubicle at CDDC office (Center for Dimensionally Displaced Creatures), Tom did not know that fate had thrown his life out of its marble jar into the lake, where it would be eaten by a fish and later served at the Deity's Breakfast Buffet the next day. Throughout Tom's intergalactic journey with a certain blue colored mare, he would break the universe record for the longest hug with Fluttershy (14 years, 54 days, 1 hour, 43 minutes, and 17 seconds), become Pink Celestia for a year in the Girl's toys aisle, cause a fashion crisis, serve as Mayor of Ponyville for a week, teach a class of fillies, eat the left hand of Discord ("Fried and cooked to perfection," as the chef calls it ), meet the universe's biggest Brony with the intent on assimilating all that is pony-related, chat with Twilight Sparkle, party with Pinkie Pie, and somehow cause the 1456th war in Equestria, this time involving nuclear pies.

In the wake of heartbreak, Rarity is left caring for a jilted Fluttershy. Yet she may find no better opportunity to do more than just tend to her saddened friend. But can she succeed, or will fate make it impossible? The important thing is that one must learn to roll with the punches.
