And Discord himself is present, warning AJ and the Crusaders that the Doctors might be the most dangerous beings alive.

The judgment resulting from this inquiry cannot be overruled, and the records of its proceedings will remain sealed in secrecy for a period of not more than one hundred years."

Little did the Princesses realize, however what secrets this inquiry would actually reveal...

The Crossover tag in this story is obviously referring to Doctor Who. The Alternate Universe tag refers to the fact that this was written during Season 1 of Friendship Is Magic.

Allowing her curiosity to get the best of her, Twilight goes to investigate, and what she finds surprises her. She finds a brown stallion on the inside of a blue wooden box. Who is this pony and why does he ask Twilight to trust him?

The TARDIS, decides she has had enough of the Doctor's moping, and she wants an adventure. What could be better than travelling through the void to a more interesting universe! However, she runs into a snag.
Stuck as a pony of some type, and without her powers of timetravel, how will she survive in this world?
Especially with the natives at war and being particular unhelpful.

The Doctor regenerates into her eleventh incarnation, a loud-mouth, competitive rainbow colored Pegasus mare that switches constantly between total lethargy and extreme hyperactive energy. Also she explodes rainbows when she goes too fast. Gonna have to work around that somehow.

After crash landing the Tardis, the Doctor meets Scootamelia "Scootaloo" Pond, a young filly with no one around her to help when she needs it.

Now armed with a new companion and body, the Doctor will now travel the universe to solve the mysteries surrounding the Crack, the Silence, and the mysterious Rarity River Song...

In case it isn't completely obvious, this is a Doctor Who crossover fusion fic, and will contain massive spoilers to Seasons 5 & 6 of Doctor Who. If you are not a fan, you will get lost. Otherwise, enjoy this tale of absurd proportions.
