Looks like I'n back for a bit. I'm gonna wring these creative juices dry before they run away again, so I'll be dropping a lot of content.

First off, Ok So. I wrote it in less than an hour, didn't edit it, and my only spelling and grammar checks were done while I was making sure the jokes were set up properly. I'm still surprised at how well it did.

Second, Edgy. New chapter, chapter 3. Essix goes to his job. Fun to write. More to come.

Did the fight in chapter 6 cross the line? I feel I really skewed reader expectation with that fight, in a negative way...

If I am changing it to teen, the way it's present isn't going to change moving forward, or retroactively. No blood, swears, or porking.

I told you it'd be back at the end of this episode. I know hack kiddie show writing, and I know the direction it ALWAYS goes. They CANNOT permit tension to last for long. The writers of the show are incapable of telling any type of more sweeping dramatic arc. That's all there is to it.

They should have just quit with the Big Bads, since they just keep handling them more poorly with every passing season, and stuck to slice of life world-building.
