Hello all! My birthday has now come and gone and I'm what many would call an 'old maid' now. *snorts* I sure 'feel' old too. Alas, if only we could all stay as lovely and beautiful as our favorite Princesses forever!
Anyway, progress is slow on the next chapter. Part of that being writers block (I know what I want to write and where to go with it, but when I sit down to write it just refuses to come. ) but another part of it is more health wise.

As in, you wake up, drive for a few hours, eat Fried Oreoes for breakfast, do all the -blam!-ing spinny rides, while speakers blare bad music into your face. You are then forced to do more spinny rides, aquire a migrane while you're at it, and then have to drive back home afterwards.

So I contracted covid from my aunt. It's not severe at the moment with my worst symptoms being the cough and headache. I can take care of the headache. But the cough., well in any case I really want to get back into writing on here and now I have at least two weeks to do so.

Jewel has been ill for a few days now and I have just caught what he had. Normally this would not be a problem but I am not normal. CFS means I'm basically sick all the time, and when I get true sick it is what the doctors refer to as "double sick" (that is the technical term). The upside is that the chronic pain generally disappears like magic when my immune system gets even more serious than normal, but the fatigue is worse and that really knocks me for a loop.

I'll keep this short because my energy is low.

I have Covid, again.

This time, the symptoms are much worse and include some of the rarer ones.

I'm going to live, but I have to get through this first before I can do other htings. See you all on the flip side. Hopefully in a few days.

I don't know how that happened or if I still have despite being mostly better today, but I wanted you guys to know that.

I'm 35 today and my stomach decided to celebrate by getting me a virus that makes it impossible to keep anything down.

I just wish this thing would hurry up and evolve total organ failure so I can be done with it.

I have a lot of friends on here and we talk all the time. I am trying to keep in touch. I promise. Right now my phone isn't working, I'm just getting over being sick, I'm dealing with my grandma who is sick, work, and then a whole bunch of family issues. I'm so stressed out right now and the only time I can really do stuff is early in the morning when I'm alone. I'll get back into my routine soon and with my stories soon. I promise

And, as it so happens, the food poisoning I had wasn't food poisoning at all. It was strep throat. So, I've got my pills and some Gatorade to stay hydrated, and, hopefully, this whole thing will blow over soon.

Just wanted to keep y'all updated on my health, seeing as I made it seem like I would die or something.

Well, it finally got me. I've been able to avoid getting sick for the last year and a half, and it finally caught up to me. Well, here's to hoping I won't be out for the count for too long, but don't expect any updates on my books for the foreseeable future while I'm sneezing and coughing my lungs up. Hey, guys. Guess what? I got bronchitis and a sinus infection! Yay! Sickness has occurred!

So... that's been fun. As I'm writing this I'm hacking like a damn water sprinkler. It's been putting a halt to writing so that's not good. But there's not much else I can do. I'll keep it short and see you guys later!

This weekend was my son's birthday. On top of that, he and I both came down with the cold. This, coupled with my already being behind on chapter 9, is why I missed Sunday's update (and why I might miss tomorrow's too.) It really is a fun chapter, so I'm hoping it will make up for the delay.
