Progress Report · 10:43pm Aug 12th, 2015

Ugh, I haven't started on Chapter 9 of A World, Reflected yet. I know what needs to happen and why, but I literally don't know where to begin - there's a bit at Jackie's/Weird Bipedal AJ's that I want to work in in addition to the meeting with the Pank One. ...Actually, just writing about it has given me an idea. I love you, rubber duck debugging buddies!

OC Profile: Hermes Mercury · 3:15pm Apr 13th, 2018

Sorry, this came out so late. It's just that this week has been a complete pain in the ass. I have been so busy it's ridiculous. Heck, I'll even be busy today, hence why I'm posting this so early. This one is about the fourth wall wrecking griffin Hermes S. Mercury. Please note that he is in no way meant to be a ripoff of Pinkie Pie or Cheese Sandwich. He has his own character and motives.

Contest Entry: Complete! · 1:57am Mar 5th, 2020

You can now read the complete story about Celestia, Smooze, and Discord. It's 10k, which is plenty to read if you want more Ice words to keep you busy. I'm all ready for the contest judging now.

Well, mostly ready. There's a lot of neat competition! I'm also the only mature story entered (at least, I will be if no surprise submissions happen between now and midnight). :twilightblush:

North And South Chapter Nine · 9:18pm Feb 23rd, 2023

Hoo boy this one's been delayed a fair bit, my mistake y'all.

Not too much to talk about, the two battles mentioned in this chapter were both very short, very simple, and thus relegated to off-screen. I don't know why the CSA keeps throwing the same four corps (really two corps now in size, if I'm being honest) at me when they have two VERY large corps sitting across from Twilight and Trixie that could absolutely ruin my day, but I believe in gifts.

Read It Later Reviews #85 – One More Shot, Red Meat, You and Her, When They Found Common Ground, A Bridge to Somewhere · 9:41pm May 8th, 2018

There are times when you realize you’re just wasting your time doing things that don’t matter, not only to anyone else, but also to yourself.

That you can be doing so much more.

I have these realizations constantly. And yet, so often, they are Ignored Epiphanies, and I go on, doing the same thing, even though not even I like it.

Playing a game I don’t enjoy to completion.

Arguing with people on Reddit.

Happy Monday, folks! I’m actually writing this on Sunday, in an effort to actually have something done ahead of time; I’m actually hoping to spend Monday trying to work on one of my own stories, trying to get something up towards a real first draft done, so I can actually publish a story. If only I could decide which one to focus on…

Ah, well. In the meantime, enjoy some reviews of some recent tales.

Today’s stories:

Equestria Daily is a Go! · 3:43am Apr 18th, 2018

Yes, that's right, everyone--my longest story, If You Give a Little Love, has been accepted to Equestria Daily! This is my first-ever EqD acceptance, but it may not be my last--I'm thinking of submitting Paging Doctor Sparkle in the future as well. In any case, this is as much a cause for celebration as any, and I have all of you to thank for it!

My Movie Review on The Patriot · 3:19pm Jul 4th, 2019

Yo, what's up, you guys?

Your friendly film and TV show reporter is once again in the house, and I'd like to start by wishing everyone a happy Independence Day!

Sound the trumpets! Light the fireworks and fire crackers! Wave the American flag! Roast the marshmallows!

Anyway...

Today, in honor of the celebration, I thought that this would be the perfect time to review "The Patriot".

Cronenberg Mouths · 10:50pm Mar 23rd, 2021

Here’s a list of true events I’ve lived through in the last few weeks—assembled in somewhat chronological order. Keep in mind I wrote this intending it as a comedy, but since it’s an actual abridged chronicle of my life, it reads like a horror story.

I expect nobody will laugh when reading this.

And I find that so unbelievably fucking funny, oh my God.

It's that time again! That magical time when TD publishes a story and then goes on a reading spree to see what he missed while he was editing his work.

The review set is only a day late. Shhh.

But yes, I did publish a story earlier this week, and I'm rather proud of it:

The Fated Hour

Comedy, Romance
