This is so hecking educational, and I freaking love learning and sharing the knowledge with others! However, if you have a hard time with sexual topics, I'd suggest you skip out on it, but nevertherless, it's really, really cool!!!!!!!!!!

It seems like every time I see a chess story from gapty, I really enjoy it... · 9:31pm March 15th

...even though the majority of chess stories I see in this world are NOT really my bag.

As I commented on gapty's latest chess story:

I love how this story is both about chess AND about life, and the protagonist's realizations about how to live it. She makes meaningful progress in personal growth during a chess game against Twilight Sparkle.

Warning: Political Schadenfreude · 2:22am May 6th, 2016

Warning: This post is totally off-topic for ponies. If you don't like politics, don't like schadenfreude, don't like people talking about politics, ect. this is probably not the post for you. Go find something fun to do. Maybe read Bad Horse's Displaced story about semiotic psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan. Or maybe Pascoite's touching story about pony adoption.

One Drink Celebrates Its Tenth Anniversary, Plus a Topic Call and Other News! · 8:14pm Feb 22nd, 2023

Well, it’s been a long road, hasn’t it? As of this week, One Drink, the first title I ever published, is ten years old. It released ten years ago, on February 20th, 2013. The first step in what would become a much wider, larger writing career.

The Best Picture Storage Websites

Recently, Photobucket decided to be a butt monkey and charge its users to put their stored images on other websites (or what many sites call 3rd party hosting). So all of the images on every one of my sites was blocked.

I tried to use the backup images that I had on Imgur and some other picture storage sites, but those sites blocked my ability to place my images on other websites as well.

On Abuse in Ponyfic: an unofficial Ice Star review of 'And if I don't belong...' (CONTAINS SENSITIVE TOPICS) · 11:41pm May 6th, 2018

Hello! It's been a while since I've done one of my large reviews of anything. The last time was my blog series on 'Bride of Discord' and pointing out and deconstructing fairy tale tropes and why the story was a kiddie guide to an abusive relationship.

Oh YouTube, You Card You · 12:17am Aug 2nd, 2017

Now YouTube has just decided to delete YouTube channels and Google accounts that are 'controversial'. Their definition of 'controversial' is pretty broad; comedy, news, anything that goes against what mainstream media says, and more!

Isn't the future looking grand? :')

P.S. Facebook, Twitter, and all of the other social media sites have pretty much taken the same stance.

Fighting For Internet Freedom · 1:09pm Aug 2nd, 2017

There is a site called Battle For The Net which has a lot of resources on how to contact your local representatives through social media, e-mail, and even over the phone to let them know you want a free and open internet.

If you have some time, look to the left side of the site where there is a box that says 'send a letter' and either type your own letter or send the pre-written one in the box to your local representatives.

Incest Stories · 6:23pm Aug 8th, 2017

I used to work at this pizza place while I was going through university. The bosses I originally had when I first started working there (I later found out) were married first cousins. As in the children of the aunt/ uncle on both sides getting married. I thought it was a little strange (I couldn't picture myself marrying any of my first cousins, or the children of my uncles or aunts) but they seemed happy so I didn't really question things.

I Don't Miss Watching Television Or Watching The News · 3:31pm Aug 15th, 2017

I Don't Miss Watching Television Or Watching The News

I've been television free for about ten years now. I found other ways to entertain myself such as reading books (I know shocking right?), watching stuff on YouTube, hanging out on various websites, and spending a lot of time outdoors.

But it seems like the more I try to give the middle finger to television programs and the news, they always manage to pop up somewhere else in my social media feeds and whatnot.

The Donald Came To Phoenix (Where I Live) · 2:57pm Aug 23rd, 2017

Donald Trump came to my city yesterday. The Phoenix Convention Center where he gave his speech was so full that the line wrapped around the building like three of four times. There were lots of support from the local Latino, African American, and other ethnic communities. The local news interviewed Latinos for Trump, African Americans for Trump, and some other minority group organization that support Trump here in Arizona.

Best Social Media Alternatives

I have recently found a bunch of social media alternatives to some popular sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and others that support free speech.

I just thought I would share them for those who want to start stitching over to sites that don't believe in censorship in any form as well as stand for an open and free internet system.

Here is the list.
