On August 12th, one of my stories earned a spotlight at the Royal Canterlot Library. The curators gave it a nice recommendation, and did an interview—of me! Give it a read. If you haven't read the
(Can you tell what I've been fervently watching these past few weeks?)
Pop culture references aside, it's time for me to write up what I always knew was coming, but didn't really think about. I'll keep it short and sweet though, because I don't want to be too sappy.
Checking this site for story updates and seeing, out of the blue, previously non-extremist authors calling for political violence on their blogs. Oh wait, that's the opposite of fun. Apparently violent rhetoric is okay if it's lightly veiled in metaphor. I have half a mind to write a metaphorical tale insinuating violence against the people who are doing this to test if it works both ways... but that would require the dishonesty of pretending I promote violence. It so happens that morality is
This story was a bit of an experiment, but it eventually dabbled deep into descriptive SoL territory and I really don’t mind it.
I’m a huge fan of The Beatles, it’s a simple, basic band to be a fan of, but I do genuinely enjoy their music. Aside from the incredible production, I’ve always been a fan of their lyrics. They all wrote good lyrics at some point, but I always found John’s the most interesting.
*DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN, DUN DUN DUUUUUN!!*
So, within the last few weeks I hit a few fantastic firsts. They're small, but hey! They're cool.
I now have over 100 followers! WOOT WOOT! Thanks peeps! I also have a fic with over 1000 views! Another big thanks! So those are the awesome things I want to celebrate. Though, I'm not exactly sure how, so here's a dancing wizard and a smiling wizard:
Here's the result of madness, sparta, and Fallout 3 and the fallout 4 hype train.
Enjoy!
You're gonna carry that weight. (And, er, sorry it's a few hours late. I wanted to get it as close to perfect as possible. Thank you all so much for your comments and support. It has made this experiment more rewarding than you know.)
First off, a belated Happy New Year to you all!
Secondly, the results of my hiatus (or perhaps, my hiatus thus far...)
Now, I don't want to just give up on a story that I started writing. It's something I wound up doing back when I was writing Yu-Gi-Oh fanfiction with my friends and we wound up abandoning a whole bunch of fun ideas we had and leaving the readers on a massive cliff-hanger.
"I feel like it's raining all over the world..."
Hello, and welcome to my very first story update blog!
-Don't expect these blogs to become a trend with me, I hate bringing my real life problems into fimfiction.
I also have the nagging feeling posting this blog is gonna be a bad idea, but, whatever I guess.
So, I'm wondering, why am I still here? I'm never gonna write anything serious, I'm only a shitposter and pretty much all of my on-site pals either gave up on this place already or they don't come on as much as before.
Okay, so this was just brought to my attention from EQG director Ishi Rudell's Twitter feed.
And the comments on said image have everybody flipping out over two things: Starlight's appearance in the opening number of the MLP movie and the redesign of the throne room in the movie that was made part of the Season 8 backgrounds. How does this affect my personal timeline?
Answer: It doesn't.
It started out bright and early with a scholarship interview at a college. After that I danced for two hours and for once remembered the choreography??? Anyway after that I showered, took a painful shit that ripped up my ass, then went to a Christmas party with the best family in the world! We played bingo and a bunch of other crazy games with some crazy people. There were these kids who were very effective condom commercials, but at the same time they were very sweet and

So I just saw the third EQG movie, and now that I don't have to worry about spoilers, I will (hopefully) be back on here more often. I'll post a more detailed review once I've had time to sit down and go through it again, but for now suffice to say I liked it. Was it as good as Rainbow Rocks? No, not really. Was it nearly as bad as the first Equestria Girls? A resounding NOPE. Ultimately, it was fairly solid - not amazing, but at least worth the DVD price. Plus, to be honest, I quite enjoyed
Alrighty, kids, I've got a fun one for y'all today. Like, y'all know how some authors—even me, when I remember—do state of the author blogs for particular months? Mine would be mostly working on this one, specific truck.
But first, you know what to do:
