If you've been stalking me, you would've seen a blog post I had up for about a day before deleting it. I'm rather open about my personal stuff, but I do try to draw a line to prevent any unnecessary drama. The post I'm referring to was one announcing I lost my last job with no notice.

I’m continuing my critiques of the entrants into the Imposing Sovereigns II contest. We continue down my list of “finalists”: stories which I considered awarding points to. I would like to stress, however, that I only ranked them because FanOfMostEverything made me; they are all excellent.
I must also point out, I never read the comic involving Princess Amore.

And that concludes the craziest month of my Fimfiction career thus far. A Cavalcade of Cards is complete, in its glorious entirety. It's a strange sort of feeling, as though I am relieved but also thoroughly empty.
Fun fact of the day: everyone knows that the Japanese infamously produce very few children, presently sitting at a rate of about 1.4 births per woman (replacement rate is 2.1 per woman). But did you know that the US would have an even lower reproductive rate if we had a similar proportion of children born out of wedlock? Presently, the birth rate within marriages in the US is 1.13, with all the rest of the births (bringing us up to 1.88 per woman) occurring out of wedlock. Only 2% of Japanese
Three days of reviews in a row! It has been a while since I pulled that off, but I really thought I should get caught up on my reading. Alas, the actual writing front hasn’t been going quite as well, though I have gotten some work done on a number of stories – but not gotten any of them finished.
Ah, well. Hopefully these reviews will tide you over.

A few days after the Season 8 Finale aired, I was sitting down and pondered about it why Cozy Glow did all the things she did and why she wanted to take over Equestria.
I was one of those who did not believe that she is evil and found myself surprised over it that she is a villain. However, even with that turnout, I still don't think that Cozy Glow is actually evil, so I thought about why she did all that and what her exact motives were.
Now and then I'll be working on something that's a little more intellectual in nature than my usual clownish bullshit, and whenever I do that? I always wonder aloud if I should write it serious, or try to make it funny.
