I've known for some time that last gen consoles were going to be left behind at some point, but was still a bit disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to play Horizon Forbidden West's Burning Shores DLC on my PS4 Pro.
The tease at the end of the launch trailer gave me a clear answer as to why:
Ok, going full-klaxon warning mode. This is a BAD NEWS post. tl;dr, it's a dual story cancellation.
If you're gonna leave an angry comment, please at least hear me out.
Wooper taking pleasure from the suffering of his fellow Pokemon. Wooper be like, "Drown, my friends. BWAHAHAHAHA!!! Feel my wrath."
Less than fifty miles from my house, the real world is indistinguishable from a postapocalyptic video game.
20 years ago today, 10 year old me, saw the towers come down. I was close enough to smell the dust and hear the sound of concrete smashing into the ground.
And 20 years later I am sitting in my underwear, drinking mouthwash and writing MLP porn about the sexual victimisation of the mentally subnormal. Some wounds never heal.
I happen to be a very avid gamer. At the moment, though, I'm also a bored one. So what's a bored gamer do when they've got no one to play with? Talk about their favorite games, of course!
I'm obsessed with writing for "Just Kiss Already!", I find myself constantly thinking about writing a new chapter all the time, and find myself writing them whenever I can find the time. In fact, I literally woke up in the middle of the night out of nowhere to write down ideas for "It's Not a Date!".
Oh well, at least I don't have Writers Block anymore.
Part of the challenge I gave myself with Muffins at the End of the Universe was writing an a confined environment. When your resources are limited it can sometimes lead to the best ideas, so for the first two stories I limited myself to working within the interior of the crashed pod, the Doctor's laboratory being a prime source of plot material. Rules are there to be broken however, and so Year Zero sees Twilight, Trixie, Derpy and Doctor Whooves venture outside the pod for the first time. Of
I've been working on a short survival horror book called year zero. One of the characters is a young girl who learns how to dual wield spears. The most hilarious part about it is I actually put my pony OCs into the story as plush toys attached to her weapons, so you basically have an 11 year old girl going around fighting clowns with MLP toys from 2000 to 2006. To me, that's hysterical.
I would like to write a fic with the Dazzlings one day, Adagio is my favorite.
Hey everyone, in about 3 weeks time I'll be attempting to do a livestream of the Mega Man X legacy Collection. I plan on doing at least one game per week, from X1 all the way X8. Bear in mind that I grew up on X1, X2, and X3, but i never beat them. As for the others, especially X6, X7 and X8, I only know what I know from what people have said on the internet. I would like to hear what you guys think about this.
By now you should have already seen my report from the Camp Fire. This isn't that. There, I tried to put the disaster in its larger context. Here, I just want to offer little snatches of experiences from my seven days in the dead zone.
Oh crap, it's Sunset Shimmer Day and I have nothing—
Move. You have stuff to do. So go do it. Go on, shoo.
Fine. It's your day. *Walks away muttering.* Need to add something to that first chapter and rewrite that Lamia scene and I still don't even know what advanced magical theory is supposed to be...
