What’s your headcanon on how these two work specifically in tandem with each other?
This week, I'm looking back at a special story for me. The story that got me into fan fiction and MLP fan fiction in the first place.
The Dresden Fillies: Strange Friends by Psychicscubadiver
I was already a fan of the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher before I got into MLP. To quote one of the major characters in the series:
No country will ever fully live up to its ideals. Human weakness guarantees that even the greatest and noblest of nations will still have its demons.
This does not mean that we should abandon the struggle. Excellence may be achieved in pursuing perfection. Even when we fall short, there is grace in striving. A nation may not be made flawless, but it can be made better.
This episode was so mind-numbingly dull and boring that I couldn't even be assed to make a blog post about it
Today, is a very somber day. All American users may know what I'm talking about. It started like any other morning 14 years ago.
I'm of course talking about 9/11. A very tragic and depressing day. So I want to take this moment and remember those we've lost.
My prayers and condolences go to those who've lost loved ones that day. I can only imagine the sadness and depression people have felt on days like these.
As I said, lets remember the lives that were lost 14 years ago.
I just learned, and you may not have heard about it yet, Stan Lee has passed away. Today has been a shocking one for me, and added to another shocking passing of one of my heroes this year. So I feel like saying and want to say a few words. Without Stan Lee's love and commitment to the comics and super heroes I grew up with, whether he created them himself or even just simply helped in some way, I would not be who I am today. Those morals and inspirational stories will be with me always. So to
