In these dark and divisive times, can I avoid controversy and blog about something light-hearted?
Hello Everypony.
Last night marked the publication of the final page of the comic adaptation for Goodnight, Somepony. For me, it was a grand, fun ride translating the story into comic book manuscript pages, and I can only dearly hope that whomever favored it with their time, enjoyed it as much as I did writing it.
Ok, so this kind of occured to me while I am fixing up the fourth chapter of evolution...
Remember the Reflections arc in the comics? Princess Celestia went back through the mirror to say a passionate and heartfelt goodbye to Good King Sombra after Starswirl found out; then she went back to say another passionate and heartfelt goodbye, and then to sob her heart out over what just happened to Luna, and then because she was so desperately lonely and had no one at all to talk to, and one thing led to another and suddenly it was a thousand years later and their two worlds were
So, still working on the next chapter. Actually, I'm considering splitting the content I have right now. With the scenes I have, Word is telling me it's 11, 254 words, and I still have a ways to go on what I have planned. But I'll still hacking away at it.
Hey everypony!
I just posted a brand new multi-chapter Equestria Girls story! This takes place from a certain infamous Holiday comic but the story will be told from perspectives from the true culprits! If any of you are interested, be sure to check them out!
I don't have the face fully sketched yet, but I've got things laid out for when I have some more time. For now, it's just the general head and face shape. :V
I'd say that this is already very much an improvement over how my previous sketch of Sammy went around the same stage!
My reaction while watching someone else's recording of the entire panel... and I'm not even done yet!
This is to address how inconsistently Luna's appearance has been in the comics, particularly with regards to use of her de-powered form as seen in Season 1. For those who don't read the comics, here's a quick rundown:
A swifter update schedule, he said.
It turns out that making writing a habit is hard. It turns out that I am easily distractible. And so it turns out that this story took six weeks instead of four to update, and I had to update on Sunday so I would have enough time to proof-read Chapter 5, and Chapter 6 still isn’t completely rough-drafted.
I believe the term for this is “Planning Fallacy.”
While I have a lot of projects comic wise that I'm currently working on such as Adapting To Night, Heartbeats, Eternal Darkness, and I Will Never Leave You (Yes I know its in Hiatus, but we plan on making it alive again soon), there are a lot of new projects that I have planned for in the future.
Okay, the second chapter is out. Once again, thanks for reading, and thanks for the likes and comments on Chapter 1.
Not a lot to say this time. I’m still looking for a prereader or editor for the next chapter, and will credit anyone who applies. Please PM me if you’re interested.
Okay, I said what I wanted and I expect for it to be heard but so far, the matter is closed. Moving on!
We're back to the story again, this time to do a little more analysis on the last chapter of Actually, I'm Dead. This time to talk about what does imply the revelation of Trixie's past with the ponies who trained her. Also, I want to discuss the design of Rarity's outfit and see what do you guys think on what do I have in mind.
THOUGHTS:
Huh. So now I'm thinking her cameo in Amending Fences wasn't just a randomly colored background pony.
Dear Loyal Watchers, Interested Visitors, and Confused Passersby:
Stainless Key and I have just finished a new collaboration—which is to say that she finished making the vision that we shared come to pass. This time, it was Key's turn to come up with the concept... and boy, was it a Duesy!
