Overall, my passion for this fandom has definitely cooled over the past few years, and even my enthusiasm for the endless possibilities of fanfiction has ebbed. Over this past year or so, I even started picking up real, non-pony books again (and finishing them!) in situations where I'd traditionally be reading a fanfic on my phone instead.
As the MC's mentor and initially last ruling alicorn, perhaps it was natural that Princess Celestia got the occasional cameo every now and again?

Now I did say if Stuck in Place did well enough I would do more with it and that idea hasn't changed. It surprised me that random one-shot got so close to being on the feature list so I will gladly continue it but not this month. Instead, expect an update for that in December. Yes, it's October and the voting is over. Now we have winners and Artist chosen. We have all kind of stuff happening this month, unfortunately, there will be no chapter for Journey For Hearth's Warming this month. Due to a massive earache, I was suffering through for a solid two weeks I have fallen quite behind. I'm sorry this happen, the earache has only just recently calmed enough for me to get some work done so I will try my best to do what needs to be done this month and be ready for next
Actually, this is the commission from my birthday. Meant to be a preview for the new season. Since the new season has already started, consider it a bit of a bonus. This piece was completed by Decora-Chan. While they aren't the best with time, they deliver fine work indeed. I have been wanting to show this one off for so long and here it is. This is one of the oldest ships I had hidden away. Back then I didn't have a story for them just an idea.
It's coming and close to getting finished. I'm sorry I didn't publish it on Sunday, like I had promised.
This past Sunday was a bit of a nightmare. Not exactly as bad as one of those days where everything you touch just goes wrong and you wish that you would have stayed in bed, but enough to throw me off. Which affected me throughout Monday as well.....
Welcome, dear readers of "Princess Flurry Heart, Destroyer of Worlds!". If you read the latest blog entries I wrote for it, you probably know by now that it is close to its completion. I am currently still writing on the last chapter and put some extra time into it to make it really good, but it will get released tomorrow.
And with being so close to the end of the fic, I now want to talk a little about the future and what happens once it is completed:
I bet no one has expected a blog entry about this story. But "'Princess Flurry Heart, Destroyer of Worlds!'" has become five years old now, just a week ago, and I have to say something for this occasion. Five years, which is exactly how old Flurry Heart is in the story.
So, it turns out I derped something when writing the newest chapter of "Princess Flurry Heart, Destroyer of Worlds!"

For the last three weeks or so, I've been in a mood to customize blind bag sized ponies. So I made fan art. :)
First off is Tarnished Teapot from The Weed (and a sequel) by kudzuhaiku. The story is rated "M" but I would call it a soft M or a hard T so don't be put off by the rating.

Yeah you read the title this month is going to be a bundle. Yes, there wasn't a Commission poll last month because money is a little tight right now, but later in December money will be good again so I have something big planned. This story covers 17 months of hell that the main six, and several ponies suffer through as they tried to find out what happened to Twilight and Starlight.
