It had to happen sooner or later. You write fanfics for an ongoing series, you're gonna get contradicted by canon at some point. That's just the nature of the beast.
I had a good run. I couldn't have been contradicted by a better episode.
BAH, this next one is hard to do. I've spent at least 3 hours staring at this screen, but there's so much riding on this chapter that I can't seem to write anything without some inconsistencies. That said, i'm about 1000 words into it and I SHOULD be able to keep the daily posts going if I can finish it by tomorrow night (no that's not cheating <.<).
Welp. There goes Net Neutrality. Will I miss it? Honestly, I hear so many conflicting things about it, it's hard to care. So what if Corporations now rule the internet? If what I heard about Net "Neutrality" is true, at least it'll be better then the Government controlling it. Then again, who listens to me anyway?

Taking my characters and writing cheap porn out of them. And by characters, I really mean Mark and the whole Human X Royalty thing I had going on. Couldn't she have just renamed her human something else? Nobody would know. That girl is suffering, I'm telling you.
Did the fight in chapter 6 cross the line? I feel I really skewed reader expectation with that fight, in a negative way...
If I am changing it to teen, the way it's present isn't going to change moving forward, or retroactively. No blood, swears, or porking.
With the first act coming to an end soon, I'm going to update the story's blurb to better express what the story's about, and I was wondering if I should tweak the tags while I was at it, thus the blog.

Ever since the hurricane, I've had trouble getting back into my groove. Just when I think I've got a good one going on, I lose it and have to work a day or so to get just my motivation back. My concentration broken, my spirit shuddering, I get back in this cold and threadbare chair of mine, forcing my fingers to dance on a keyboard that's losing letters, losing words. The rhythm my fingers dance to is listless, graceless, losing contests of speed and precision.

So Hurricane Dorian as of now is baring upon my location, having built up to the strongest possible category a storm can become. Suffice to say, my mind has been focused on many things, most of them not being writing.
