Alright fillies and gentlecolts, here's a review I've been wanting to do for awhile, ever since I did the first review of this fic in fact, but I've been so distracted lately I haven't had a chance to do it.
This mutated from an episode review to an Applejack character study. Even more remarkable is that 5 minutes in, I was sure I was going to HAAAATE "Going To Seed". I figured there was only two ways this would play out:
I started off a story about two years ago called Winona, which was changed to Wi-no-na, to rhyme with 'no owner', as is implied in the context if you read the short description.
This was a pretty fun episode, if not extremely memorable or masterfully executed. But that doesn’t mean I don’t have anything to say about it, even if it’s less than usual.

1 - Disgustingly Bad (the worst of the worst; has absolutely nothing to make up for the huge flaws that riddle the section/episode)
You ever notice that the parents of any of the main characters of MLP really aren't that engaged in the lives of their children or vice versa? Now I realize that in some cases like with the Apple family where the parents are dead this would happen. We know that Rarity's parents abandoned Sweetie Belle at Carousel Boutique because they had a vacation planned that they haven't gotten back from yet. We know that Twilight Sparkle's parents exist but, outside of that we know very little about
Yeah, I know this isn't the original tidbit planned but the more I wrote on Silver the more off track I got so that post will still happen, but it will go up later on, I have different plans for that one now. And I know this went up ealier then planned, this is due to me being busy the next few days. As for this current new tidbit, it will be about Silver's older brother Gole D Apple and yes in case you are wondering the name is inspired by One Piece. I chose this subject since it still

Congratulations, me. You proved you could get a non-clop, non-topical (such as the G5 stories) story featured. Maybe it was only featured on SFW FIMFiction (still is... go check it out on the Featured list if you're reading this a few hours after I posted this blog), but that's okay. That means my next goal is to top the Mature Featured list with an E-rated fic. Doesn't get much more difficult than that! Challenge accepted!

Spoiler bells, spoiler bells, spoilers go away!
It's another winter holiday episode before a fall episode. What is up with time in Equestria? Or perhaps airing times. The mid-season hiatus knocked a few things on, and other things off: perfect timing for the 5th anniversary, but the seasonal stuff got whacked pretty hard. Not as hard as the stinger in Friendship Games, though.
This one took a lot out of me, I kept going back and changing bits, altering segments and checking for continuity among other things.
I could agonise about it for much longer, but I decided that the only way forward is to post it. Let me know if I missed anything and, as always, constructive criticism is welcome.
