Well folks, it’s 2:10 in the morning on the day I’m supposed to start work. I’m supposed to be up in two hours to get ready. I haven’t slept a wink since going to bed at 9:30 PM. Today is the first day of not only my two weeks of training but also of my riding the bus to work, which I have never done before. i've mentioned it before, but the gap between now and Nightmare Night is killing me, its all original story that i haven't been carefully planning for years now (save for one scene) and i can't help but feel insecure about it.

i still have a couple of crucial scenes to write on the latest chapter of Family Tree, and it's already at over 8,000 words. i know that's not all that long in retrospect, but the average FT chapter is usually around 5k so it feels very wordy to me.

The word count of some of the stories I'll be getting to is heavy. The amount of work some of them need is also excessive too.
