I've seen the phrase "Don't read it if you don't like it!" written on quite a lot of fanfictions lately. Granted, I've been seeking out the truly awful ones (sorting the chaff from the wheat, as it were) for my personal collection, so that might explain why I've seen so much of it. Read on for my thoughts.
What started out as a joke turned into something more and gain a bit of a following. I have had many positive things said about the story, I have received many nice review, but I have yet to work on the story in over a year do to the fact that I do not know where it is going. I lost the motivation of the joke some time ago, and I feel like I am written into a corner almost. While I love the people who have Favorited and Liked this piece of fiction I want to change it. sorry for reaching out for human contact and then, like... not responding to those offers for contact. truth be told i feel like a bit of a fraud/sham: i asked for people to be kind and contact us, and then got too scared to respond. partly i don't want to dump my problems on these poor innocent people. partly i am just stupid i guess.
