On top of my workload at work and trying to keep up with all my current and future stories, I'm also learning and practicing the art of hip hop. This has involved turning an extra closet of mine into a sound booth, using all the fanciest settings in Audacity, and staring puzzled at beat software, but every so often I'll take a couple hours and actually make a new track. Have you ever felt that lyrics of a certain song resonate with a story that you’ve written? I get this all the time. Some words of the songs feel almost as if I was reading my own story.
Bellow, I will post links to the songs that resonate with my story in a certain way. Each song will be listed in the following format:

I don't remember who's blog post it was mentioned on, but once the idea of "Tiny Prancer" entered my head, it was bound to stay there until I did something with it. The two things I've enjoyed the most over the past year are, well, the obvious, and music. I started getting into both at about the same time, which wasn't a coincidence. I don't have the space to talk about it here, though.

This is a post I didn't actually think I'd ever write.
Hyperbole? Not really, actually. As you may have gathered from the title, today I'm going to be talking about music, which is a common enough topic that I've been asked about by many a young writer. They want to know if someone can listen to music while writing, what I listen to, etc.
And for the longest time, I've just said "Yes" and left it at that. I listen to music when I write, you can too.

I have gained many new follower since I last posted about music, but I do make music for those who don't know! I like to keep my Aliases separate from each other so their is little to no connection just in case. (But that went out the window.)
I recently, as in like two weeks ago, released my first EP! The music is all melodic and classical/chill based. Made to relax and calm and bring people to ease with it's simple yet loving melodies and soothing sounds.
So it's a Tuesday. THAT kind of Tuesday for us Americans. Election Day. I figure there's enough politics, fervor, and doom and gloom in your collective social media feeds, so how about something random and mindless and-- okay, honestly, that's pretty much all I've been managing lately, but I've been sick for four days. Give me a break.

Hola, amigos. Been a while, hasn't it? I'll start out with business, for you impatient types. I had a bit of a stall, but I'm back in the writing swing and I've put 4000 words on digital paper in the past couple days. It's all Rarity so far, and plenty of talking. I'll try to keep it interesting. Though I'm starting to think that I won't have room to fit the big action climax of the first act into this chapter, so I may just have to cliffhanger it after all. We'll see!
