With a straight face, a few giggles and what was to pass for a treat; a few files, polish and a face mask in gel form is all there is, and all it took.

One might consider a battle with an Alicorn to be a lost cause. He didn't, and if it wasn't for his eagerness to fight back, he might actually have won. But she wins, and saves Equestria once again.

But that's not the important part.

For what is important, nopony even knows it's there to be important, save the Alicorn herself and any who forget to specify 'summary' when asking the simple question of how the battle went.

I had applied for the school and was happily accepted. Going to a boarding school should be fun, taking a break from everything that was going on back home.

Latex Elementary had come up on the list of Boarding Schools, to which I could apply. If it was the name of the school, the list of subjects, the teachers, the rooms or just a chance to get a fresh start, but I had applied.

I am looking forwards to making new friends and reading the new subjects, taking new classes.

Naturally, there are new experiences afoot. (Ages are adjusted where required.)

As I woke up, I realised I have a Unicorn foal on my bed. It is up to me to protect and care for her now.

I had ended up wishing to take her to a safe place, where she would be with other Unicorns, I soon found myself in a throne room, facing a princess.

Was this the safest place for a Unicorn, or was it the lack of reliability on the part of her magic?

A Tiny Twilight is waking up, a mere foot tall. Alone in the bed, in an unfamiliar room.

A moment of exploration follows, establishing where she is.

Is she alone, or is there any one else in town? How will she make it, or will she fail?
