The two become great friends, enjoying every second they are together. However, things are not as perfect as they seem for the two, and Sweetie belle will learn a harsh reality of what comes when owning a pet.

Sweetie Belle hears the story of Starminder from Rarity and Twilight and learns the great responsibility that comes with being a unicorn.

Rarity has a headache. This will not do; Sweetie Belle has an audition for the school musical today, and she really wants her big sister to watch. Zecora could make a cure, but she's all out of the necessary tree bark.

Obviously, Sweetie Belle must journey deep into the Everfree Forest to fetch said bark. Will she prevail, or will she accidentally trip into poison joke?

Sweetie Belle isn't a little filly anymore. But Rarity still won't let her be independent in some aspects. So Sweetie Belle finally convinces Rarity to let her have a party at the boutique while she goes to the Gala. Everything seems perfect, but with every party there's always someone to crash it.
