Emerald is the typical Changeling Hatchling; curious, friendly, loving, and full of mischief. She wants to be important in the Swarm, but when she can't take the role she wants to play, she decides to leave. A choice that starts to bring up strange memories... Memories of playing outside with ponies....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Based Between Seasons 3 and 4 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

A Changeling is banned from his hive, after he tried to assassinate his own queen. Without food, shelter or any other kind of things to keep him alive, our "hero" desperately travels to a magical land called Equestria. What will happen to him? Will the Goddesses accept him as a part of their society? Will the poor and young Changeling get his life back on tracks? Find it out, as his story will advance to heights, he never thought to see through his lifetime.

Arrogant, proud, prideful, haughty.

These words mostly describe Alpha, the changeling who is second in command with Chrysalis.

All of his associates think Alpha is too full of himself, and very arrogant. Even Chrysalis herself thinks so, too.

So The Queen assigns him to go out to Ponyville, without disguise, to "Study the regular ponies culture and behavior".

While there, he gets made fun of for being a freak of nature, an abomination to Celestia and Luna. He gets hated on for not being like the rest of them.

Until he met her, the mare that took care of Alpha during his darkest times, then things changed...

Changelings are evil creatures, right? They ruin other people's lives to consume their emotions as they live and reduce them to nothing, then return to their evil Queen only to do it again.

But... Do all of them do that? Is it fair to judge them all?

In this story we follow a Changeling who is hell-bent on Twilight Sparkle's decimation... for a while.
