Snowdrop heard the twinkling in the stars in the dead of night. A sound which none other could hope to comprehend and, in her saddest moment, a single tear froze on her cheek. Down in swirled with the snow until it clicked into her hoof... And she heard it. The faint twinkle of a star.

Snowdrop's time came and went like every other pony in Equestria, but she left behind a gift of unsurpassed beauty: the glorious and intricate snowflake. But she left behind something else as well, the ever gentle and timid Snow Sparkle. Sparkle can't hear the twinkling of the snow or the stars, but she can see more than anypony. She can see how they sparkle.

Rarity enters in a contest to determine the new uniform for Equestrias renowned Wonderbolts and needs a pegasus model who's both athleticly gifted and can show her design to its best, so why not Rainbow Dash? With a weekend long series of contests, Rainbow and Rarity each have their own battles to fight. To the victors, go the spoils. Lets just hope the victory doesn't get spoiled either.

One afternoon, when Twilight and Fluttershy are exploring antique stores, Fluttershy purchases a gem that claims to grant any wish she desires. Some may think she'd wish to have more animal friends, or to have better speaking skills. Instead, she wishes that she could fly like Rainbow Dash.
The next morning, Fluttershy wakes up. Except for one thing. She has no idea where she is, or why every pony expects her to go along with a lifestyle she never knew she had.
