I got a job! I'll be working at a restaurant called "The Dream" as a bus boy no more than 26 hours per week, no more than 4 days per week. In addition, I will be doing miscellaneous jobs for my uncle Dave's real estate business as an independent contractor. My first task is to create ads on Craigslist for two properties he's looking to rent out. 
Neat stuff, although I've never done this sort of thing before. 
Been making lots of calls and gardening in addition today. No reading up, I'm afraid. I have to get some new shoes. Not particularly for the job. I just want to be able to look nicer, you know? I've had these shoes and have been wearing them a good deal.
Also, a friend and closeted Brony on Facebook commented on the roast I previously posted about. He said he didn't realize until two thirds of the way in that I was speaking in rhymed couplets. My response:
