Gilda, now well into rebuilding her friendship with the ponies of Ponyville, is left almost alone as all of her friends go to see their families for Hearth's Warming. She knows that most griffons aren't allowed back in their parent's territory once they leave, but maybe she should go visit, just this once...

A short and quite literally 'slice of life' story about the Apple Family, seen from Winona's perspective. This is a more personal story, based on my own experiences, so don't expect anything dramatic.

While nobody had really known what a proper coronation ceremony was supposed to look like, it was pretty easy to tell this was not it. At the very least, the room looking like someone had exploded a purple feather pillow was a pretty bad sign.

Twilight is the Princess of the Stars, but there's something about them that Celestia neglected to mention. Celestia rules over the ponies, Luna over the batponies, Cadence over the crystal ponies, and Twilight will now discover that her subjects are nothing other than star ponies.

And when one falls into her library, she realizes that her job is a lot harder than she thought.

The Elements of Harmony have grown up. Most of them have settled down, had children, and pretty much retired from their duties as Elements. Celestia and Luna have both given birth to sons, princes who will eventually rule over the dusk and dawn. In Equestria, all is quiet and happy.

When Celestia comes to Ponyville with her family, something terrible happens. A great evil has awoken, and only the Elements of Harmony can stop it. But the Elements still reside in the Everfree Forest, and it's up to the new generation to bring that power back and end the darkness once and for all.
