Good try, but this story had a few issues in it. I felt like the back story haf little explanation, almost felt lost trying to figure out what was happening. The emotional connection between our robot and the kid felt emotionless and short. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but a story that lacks an emotional protagonist needs to compensate.
