After Silver Spoon's father dies, the desperately unhappy filly volunteers for the Equestrian Hunger Games, and Diamond Tiara volunteers too so that she can try and protect the pony that she loves from the other tributes, even if that means that she has to die to protect her loved one.

After the battle with Queen Chrysalis leads to her death, Princess Celestia is buried in a royal tomb,and after mourning her everypony goes back to their lives. But Celestia is not as dead as she seems.

Rarity finds out that she is in fact a Changeling,and more then that, a member of a Changeling Royal Family,who was sent away for her own safety and so that she should not get spoilt.

Celestia and Luna want to make Twilight into an alicorn. Twilight is not happy because of what being an alicorn would mean for her new life.

After a Changeling has a dark vision, he and his friends set out to found a new Hive elsewhere, but it will not be an easy thing as many perils are out there.

After Diamond Tiara's parents are murdered in front of her in Manehatten, as her parents made no will, their money is forfeited to the state. Angry that the Equestrian police cannot or will not arrest the killers, she becomes a Changeling and goes after them herself.

Twilight finds out the horrible truth of the statues within the Canterlot Royal Gardens, and Filthy Rich is punished for committing High Treason for telling Queen Chrysalis of Princess Cadence's route to Canterlot.

Why did Chrysalis attack Canterlot when she already ruled a Changeling Hive full of Changelings that loved her? Was it desire for more power, was there a love famine starving her subjects, or was there another reason behind it?

After Diamond Tiara is tragically killed in a freak accident on a school trip, wanting to keep this from his wife Screwball in case it sends her into insanity, Filthy Rich does a deal with a Changeling to gain a replacement daughter. But things do not go according to plan, as the Changeling has it's own needs...

The families of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon are pushing them together for reasons of their own, and neither pony knows that the other one is being urged into it and thinks it is only their family that is being pushy towards them.
