During her return to Ponyville, Twilight decided to tinker with a machine that she had started years before her coronation, but forgot about. She spent a month working on it and when it was finally finished, she asked her friends to help her test the machine assuring them that it will bring them all closer together, much, much closer.

It's often a pleasant experience when fond memories return to us, but for Inkwell, these memories haunt him every moment of his life.

It's been ten years since Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle escaped Ponyville. They were taken to Canterlot where the remnants of ponykind were sheltered. Two years later, the last known plagued pony was destroyed and Equestria was declared as a safe zone. Of course, defenses are on high alert at all times, just in case of the unlikely event that an infected pony surfaces.

Despite living in a city with several reasons to not be afraid, Apple Bloom can't help but fear the worst that is about to befall Equestria once again.

Every movie needs conflict. This is done by adding an antagonist to the plot. Black Pearl auditioned for a film that had a lot of famous names in it, hoping that he could benefit from their fame and reputation. However, the character he was assigned to star as was far from noteworthy.

To every resident of Ponyville, the Everfree forest is considered the most dangerous place in the area. It is filled with a plethora of wicked, flesh-hungry beasts that lurk in the shadows of the trees. The bravest of ponies are also considered the most sane and even they do not enter without a plan. Apple Bloom, a resident of Ponyville, decided that she'd help her sister and pay Zecora a quick visit. However, she didn't intend on staying until the sun went down.
