One thousand years ago, Discord bore a child…until it was taken from him. The Royal Sisters rescued the infant from its kidnappers and raised it from afar. A millennium later, the child now known as Screwball tries to piece together her past and find her future. On the way, she encounters Dark Frost, son of King Sombra, and Leah, daughter of Lord Tirek. What they’ve yet to realize is that Leah and Dark Frost’s dads were responsible for Screwball’s abduction!

Discord longs to have a special somepony to share his life with, so after a chance meeting with Teardrop during a celebration, he and the Mane Six set out to find her. When he finds Teardrop and her mother, he and his friends agree to stay with them for a while.
However, Teardrop can only be seen during the night. When Discord discovers her secret, will he find it in his heart to still love her?

This is my spin that was inspired by the Hub promo for Villaintine's Day and the film "Maleficent". Discord has lived happily in the Everfree Forest until an unforeseen event robs him of his teleportation and most of his flight . As an act of vengeance, he curses the newborn filly Twilight Sparkle to eternal sleep. Discord soon regrets this and tries to save her from her fate.
