Really good, but I feel like Derpy would have tried to stop her from sacrificing herself rather than just saying

4692940 Sorry I never got around to answering these questions. This is one of my earlier fics, so it's not my best work. I'm not sure why Derpy didn't just fly away. I didn't really consider that for some reason, idk why. Derpy talks this way because Derpy, being the background pony she is, can be portrayed in many different ways. In this story she's portrayed along the lines as somepony with a mental illness I guess. I'm not trying to make fun of people like that. Since it was a darker story it covered the sadder parts of life I guess. Applejack sacrificed herself for somepony she barely knew who couldn't help herself. I've got another story coming where Derpy is judged by her appearance but is actually the smartest pony in the story.
