OK, one HUGE error: Pound and Pumpkin are NOT Pinkie's brother and sister. They are her cousins if they're related at all. (Still nothing canon about if the Cake's are Pinkie's relatives or just her employers. I'm leaning towards them being her Aunt and Uncle)

While I can't speak for the author, I think it was intended that Pinkie would consider them family as much as Mr. and Mrs. Cake. Family in the legal sense doubtful, but may be close enough in the party pony's book.

Umm, what did I just read?
I'm not saying this is a bad idea but I just don't know what I'm supposed to think, the "rainbow factory" reference made me reel and I haven't even read that story, I just know the premise *shudders*
I'm not going to say this has no potential but honestly I'd prefer to just read the Vinyl Scratch tapes for this. It's not bad but it's quite lackluster, and the cut offs mid scentence got annoying after a while so you should watch that when you're writing.
