I'm not sure about going into the orphan thing, but Silvy come on stand up for yourself.
Normally I'd stay away from DT and SS fics since half the time it is way to easy to bash them but I'm willing to make an exception since SS is standing up for herself and trying to get out of DT's shadow and redeem not only herself but also be the mare that she needed to be.
I've read one other story, (scales and silver), where S.S rips D.T. a new one. It will be interesting
to see your take on that scenario. Will up vote and watch what happens.

I know exactly why Scoots did that: Snips was turning on her. Why would she care? Well you tell me. Snips turns on her because of Silver Spoon. Scoots has a rage filled expression. Scoots punches Silver Spoon out. Scoots was satisfied. Figure that Equation out.

Isnt it obvious? she is trying to make it easier by getting DT to admit she doesn't care for who Silver really is. She is trying to get Diamond to dump her first, because she herself is hoplessly addicted and it's hard for her to just come out and say it to her face.

I just realized, there hasn't been a single punch thrown in the actual MLP episodes. It's all been magical blasts. Reason? I think they're saving it for a special occasion, like SS getting a point across to DT. Or maybe a lesson about friends having a fight, and as the bruise of it fades, so does the anger from the fight?
That seemed like a shorter chapter than it was, I wonder why?

If I'm completely honest, I started the next chapter a really long time ago, but had writers block, then school piled on and then, well, I grew out my bronyism. But if you all still like it, I will try my best to finish the story whenever I can get around to it. Which, may be in a very long time. I apologize for making you all wait so long
