1561974 they are very similar in what happens, you send both ships out somewhere and they do something they shouldn't: for the Celestai, it was come back, for the Ishumura, it was popping the cork on Aegis VII
You actually described it as if there was a marker aboard, just need the bloodied writing on the walls and necromorphs and it'll be a marker-made outbreak
